Founded in 2016, Energy Storage Canada is a national, not-for-profit trade association dedicated to advancing the growth and market development of Canada’s energy storage sector. ESC supports the country’s energy storage sector through advocacy, education, collaboration, and research. ESC is technology-agnostic and represents a growing membership of 100+ organizations across the full energy storage value chain, including developers, technology providers, utilities, engineering and construction firms, service providers, professional services companies, and NGOs. Members benefit from leadership opportunities, access to experts and government representatives, and forums to engage on national policy and regulatory issues shaping Canada’s energy storage market.

WiRE's mission is to advance the role and recognition of women and other under-represented groups working in the energy sector. Inclusive of all renewable energy and clean energy technologies, our programming includes national and international chapters, student chapters, capacity-building field trips, networking meet-ups, awards recognition programs, student bursaries, speed mentoring, speed interviewing, spotlights, conferences, workshops, and more!
